I had a one-night stay booked at this hotel mainly for its location near the bus station, which was very convenient. The room, though small and kind of dirty, served its purpose. It was dark and claustrophobic, facing an unpleasant gray internal wall, but at least it had towels. However, the lack of a proper window was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The hotel is conveniently located near bus terminals, making it easy to commute, but the area around the hotel can be a bit shady at night. The rooms were decent but had issues with the door lock and lacked adequate light and air circulation. The service was great with super nice and accommodating staff, although the dining experience, while offering traditional Costa Rican breakfast, fell short in terms of portion sizes and options. Overall, the hotel offers value for money for its services and facilities.
